SAME (Succinic Acid Dimethylester) is a colorloess, clear liquid with a mild, pleasant odour.

SAME is readily soluble in alcohols, ketones, ethers and most hydrocarbons. It's only slightly soluble in water and higher paraffinated hydrocarbons.
