Dimethylethanolamine (DMEA)
Characteristic:
Colorless liquid, hygroscopic, mild alkaline, completely water soluble
and adequate hydrocarbon structure to affiliable with organics.
Applications:
- As stabilisizer for pH-value in water bourne coatings.
- As additive in top coates to extent scratch- and rub-resistant.
- As agent in pastel- and soft-tones to prevent for bleeding.
- Used in textiles, pharamceutical industry, glass care, corrosion inhibitors, household- and body care products, coatings, lubricants, urethane catalysts and water treatment.
